Abstract: The migration from one SCM to another is not an easy task, if you have to maintain the SCM of a whole company. We will show you strategies and give you hints and tips to avoid common pitfalls and difficulties when migrating your Source Code (and your development teams!) to Subversion.
We will see solutions to guarantee migrations without any downtime so your development teams are always able to work. We will see the biggest problems in migrations for developers and admins. We will discuss problems with the reproduction of old versions and discuss different repository layouts.
